Edward Barrett Therapist East Brunswick, NJ

treatment approach

I have been extensively trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, as well as child, adolescent, and family therapy. As a licensed psychologist for over 25 years, I have had a broad range of experience with various therapeutic issues. My approach is one that is active and engaging. My focus is on unraveling how our thoughts, emotions, behavioral choices, and underlying physiology contribute to the problems at hand. I also consider how external variables, including developmental changes, impact the focus of therapy.
